Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

This post contains my Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe.

This healthy recipe and nod to the seasonal favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte will tackle your sweet tooth and give you a boost without all the sugar and artificial crud.

The mainstream, traditional PSL drinks you get at chain coffee shops are likely just full of sugar and fat with little to no significant nutrient profile. In other words, these drinks aren’t doing you any good! A big part of that is because bigger, more corporate coffee shops are mainly geared towards cranking out a lot of coffee drinks and profit. They are not focused on producing health-boosting coffee drinks that will positively impact your wellness.

It’s just all about knowing your ingredients and how they impact your health. The coolest part is that when you make this drink at home, you have control over what’s going into it!

So, why not make a superfood-packed drink that serves your health, boosts your energy and helps you live a more vital life?! This version also tastes worlds better because of the real, whole food based ingredients.
