About Boulder Canyon:

Boulder Canyon is proud to be among the natural food innovators who strongly believe in using real food ingredients to make better snacks. In 1994, two brothers, Don and Jay Poore, had an idea for a better mouse trap.  In this case, it was a potato chip that would fly in the face of convention to prove that consumers would be willing to pay a little more for an extraordinary snacking experience. Today, we have over 30 unique better-for-you snacks with fewer, better and minimally processed ingredients. We make these with unique oils to fit your taste and health preferences. Next time you’re in your local grocery or natural foods store, pick up a bag of Boulder Canyon snacks and flip it over. On the ingredient list, you will most often find three, maybe four ingredients. For instance, “Potatoes, Avocado Oil, Sea Salt,” is all there is to find within our Avocado Oil Canyon Cut™ chips, but we’d wager a bet that it’s a snack experience unlike any you’ve had before.

My Experience:

The rad team at Boulder Canyon is on a mission (+ with fresh new packaging) to inspire you to FOLLOW YOUR PATH.
I mean, if this doesn’t align with how my life has gone, iuno what does. For sure, I have taken the path less traveled (at times with small amounts of logic and heaps of resistance from others) in my life. Which reminds me of a fave quote: “if you can see your path laid out in front of you step by step, you know it’s not your path. your own path you make with every step you take. that’s why it’s your path.” -Joseph Campbell
Boulder Canyon is a brand I value for their commitment to non-GMO ingredients, sickkk flavors and usage of clean oil choices (not inflammatory in nature like canola or soybean oil).
They sent me 9 different flavors to try! the Buffalo Ranch and Malt Vinegar (both pictured) are the two i’m most excited about.
With all of the paleo meals we prepare at home, I’m always craving a crunch, and that’s what these chips satisfy for me. The flavor, the texture after entire mouthfeel make me feel like I’m splurging; but with clean ingredients, there’s no guilt.
Check them out over at their Instagram page for more deets on their freshie fresh new line up!
