How I Use Seed Probiotic

I take Seed probiotic as directed, 2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. If you are starting Seed for the first time, they recommend taking 1 capsule for the first few days, then increase to 2 capsules on day 4 (or when you feel ready).

Keep in mind, Seed educates on their packaging that starting a new probiotic often comes with an acclimation period. For some, this may mean short term gastrointestinal discomfort or abdominal tightness. This is completely normal. For me, I experienced that for the first few days, but stuck with it. It went away before a week’s time. As someone who has struggled with severe menstrual cramps, a slight tightness in the belly is not a big deal at all to me!

Why I Use Seed Probiotic

I’ve come across many probiotics over the years and, it’s not even close, Seed appears to be the most well researched probiotic that I know of. Since I’m not a brilliant, science-knowing human, it’s nice to have the peace of mind knowing that very curious and smart founder of Seed are doing the leg work for me and us.

The main benefits I have felt from taking Seed include: reduced bloating and more bowel movement regularity. Thus, I have experienced an increase in energy, as my body is not hanging onto undigested food for longer in my gut. Seed has acted like a natural, healthy “WD-40” for my digestive system. Taking it doesn’t elicit diarhea for me at all, but it keeps things moving. This is vital for overall GI tract wellness and keeping away unwanted parasites, gut infections & birthing autoimmunity issues.

Concluding Thoughts

It’s been a few years since I started taking Seed. I’ve had a few intermittent times when I wasn’t taking it daily; but I have noticed my wellness feels better when I am taking it. I feel healthier, leaner, less bloated and overall like my most vibrant self.
