Acure Hair Body Care Review

I have completely and thoroughly enjoyed trying every single one of these Acure products. I also really loved their skin care products that I’ve previously reviewed, especially the exfoliating scrub.

These ingredient lists look pretty stink in’ awesome, yeah?! I’m impressed with Acure’s ingredients and also how accessible this brand is. I have seen them in several of my local health food stores.

This shampoo and conditioner combination is fantastic. The shampoo is clarifying and gives my hair body (love the minty smell)–and the conditioner detangles and smoothes hair like a dream. The lemongrass scent of the conditioner really gives your shower experience a kick of zest.

I typically do not use body wash. I look to bar soap, as it lasts longer. However, body wash is nice sometimes to squirt onto a loofah and get scrubbing. This body wash cleans well without stripping my skin.

The mandarin orange is, quite seriously, one of my very favorite lotions of all time. I just can’t say enough good things about it. I looked forward to using it just because of the smell. But, on top of that, it is nothing short of dreamy on skin. It soaks into your skin just enough and leaves the top layer of your skin fresh and moist feeling.

This review kind of feels like floating along on a river, no complaints. I use these products daily and would recommend them to any of you. The ingredients are organic merely top to bottom and they perform like they should. Good things, Acure!

  1. D-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate — Do you know where this natural vitamin E comes from. I read online there are several different sources. Trying to avoid soy so hope its not soybean.

    • I’m not positive in this exact case, but I think a lot of Tocopherol is derived from sunflower seeds. Hope that helps!
