My Thoughts:
I am such a gigantic proponent of essential oils because I believe their versatility and potency is unmatched. Essential oils can be incorporated into a virtually endless list of skin care, beauty and household uses. Since these oil blends by Annmarie Gianni are crafted with care & much thought, I am reserving these for use only in my body care routine.
The first use that comes to mind in regards to essential oils is perhaps the most obvious: using them as fragrance. Your generic, store-bought perfumes are jam packed with toxic chemicals that you do not want coming in contact with your skin nor respiratory system. Sure, you won’t croak on the spot using them, but over time, the exposure will take a toll on your health. Might as well pick a healthier choice, yeah? Enter: essential oils. I like to mix about 10 drops in a 2-oz glass spray bottle for easy use and tote-ability. I keep this little mist spray in my purse and gym bag. It’s a body spray you can feel really good about.
In regards to the quality of these particular oils, I learned this:

No matter which essential oil we use, we source them sustainably and they go through a thorough testing process for any contaminants, pesticide residue or synthetic chemicals. We only use the best of the best. Also, our supplier guarantees that they are 100% pure essential oils with no additives.”
Other awesome uses include:
-adding it to baking soda + coconut oil to create a toothpaste
-combining a few drops in a 2-oz glass bottle full of water + aloe vera to use as a facial toner
I love and appreciate the thought put into these blends. The combinations are not the creations of amateurs 🙂
