About:
“Carefree Organics is a family-owned and run business by people who simply… care. Care about everyday toxins we’re exposed to-whether it be environmental exposure, foods we’re eating, or products on our skin. While our degrees aren’t in the medical field, we do have a high interest in what goes into our bodies, as well as our children’s bodies. Research shows that it’s also what we put ON our skin that matters, as it can readily be absorbed into our bloodstream. After researching every ingredient’s safety in products we bought we were none-too-pleased with our findings. We started concocting formulas of everyday products when we realized that even the most “natural” or mostly “organic” products for sale STILL contained too many preservatives, and found that even natural preservatives can take a toll on our health. We planned to use these products, feel safe, share them with our children, and save some money in doing so. It wasn’t until we realized we loved our own products so much, that we should share them with others! That’s when our venture took on a life of its own, from perfecting formulas to preparing the business backend. We even chose BPA-free containers as well as cost efficient packaging to save the consumer as much money as possible, and help the environment while saving your skin from even more toxins (yes, from the containers themselves!). We tried to think of everything so you don’t have to and you can truly be… Carefree! Once you read about our ingredients’ benefits as well as everything we exclude to protect your health, we hope that you’ll give our unique and TRULY natural products a try… we honestly don’t fully trust any other products on our skin or on our boys’ skin.”

Carefree Organics Skincare Review
Finding brands like Carefree Organics (that have no interest in including sub-par ingredients in their skin care products) is one of the best parts of what I do as a blogger. I get really excited to advocate and disperse information about brands that believe in using only entirely organic ingredients. It’s a real fresh breath of air.
The two body oils came at a perfect time, when the temperatures are warming up and I’m spending a lot of time outside in the garden or laying by the pool. I’ve been using the Chic Cheeks bikini blend on my tummy, thighs and bum & using the Golden Glow blend on the rest of my body. The most noticeable aroma in the Chic Cheeks in the juniper berry, which Carefree states is included (amongst the other ingredients) because it can help reduce the appearance of dimples on skin. The Golden Glow blend smells incredible–the coconut and vanilla together are just dreamy. When combined with the warmth of your skin, the smell is infectious and doubles as a body fragrance. My skin tans very easily and I do not burn often. I love using these oils on my skin to get a little added glow while I’m outside. They spread easily and a little can go a long way with these oils.
Generic, drug-store-bought deodorant was one of the very first things that I quit when I began using organic and natural skin products a few years ago. It is often jam packed with ingredients that are garbage (for lack of a better word). Because I avoid those types of deodorants, I’m always eager to try the creations of organic skin care companies to see what they’ve come up with my way of natural deodorant. You simply can’t get better than finding all organic ingredients! (besides baking soda, as Carefree explains cannot be organic because it in an inorganic compound). The most important thing to me about this deodorant is that I feel great about the ingredients. It is icing on the cake that this deodorant performs very well. I can apply this stick under my arms first thing in the morning and make it merely through the entire day without feeling and smelling stinky. Performance and quality ingredients are rare in a deodorant–and I feel that Carefree has nailed it here.
Carefree’s description of the mask is very accurate. Because it contains to many organic oils, this mask is moist on your skin, won’t dry it out and is deeply nourishing. This is not a clarifying (taking all of the oily feeling off of your skin) kind of mask. This is a good thing–some times you need clarification and some times your skin need a healthy boost of nourishment. My skin wasn’t irritated at all after using this mask (why would it be, with all organic ingredients?) and my skin was left very moisturized. You definitely do not need to follow up with a moisturizer and remember to rinse well. This dense concoction acted as a mask and a moisturizer for my skin. Loved every green second of it!
