Thank you for your interest in connecting! Here’s a little backstory on the journey of this blog. Feel More Gooder actually used to be Run On Organic (rebranded around 2018 and founded in 2012). I still love and incorporate organic food & skincare products. But, I desired an expansion of sorts. I wanted my blog to more accurately encapsulate my lifestyle as a whole.A fresh, relevant expression emerged. Feel More Gooder birthed as a new-feeling outlet for me. It’s my digital space to share my adventures. Furthermore, these include mindful fitness, intuitive nutrition, holistic healing, clean beauty & self peace. Also, I presently find myself healing from EBV (Epstein Barr virus) & mold. So, my healing path is naturally finding its way into my content.My aim is to show you authenticity embodied. It’s my genuine vantage point. In other words, it’s another human’s life path happening in real-time.

I’m not an expert. I’m an enthusiast. Moreover, I’m a former collegiate volleyball player and a lifelong athlete. Too, friends and family deem me a health nut for as long as I can remember. Naturally, I get stoked to share products I discover, practices I’m experimenting with, and mantras that empower me.
