Thanks to the groundswell of support we get from foodies like you, we’re the nation’s fastest growing hummus company today.
Greater than 90% of our product line is non-GMO, including our beans, tahini and oil. We do not make the claim for non-GMO status because some of the spices used in our toppings have not yet been certified non-GMO. Eat Well Embrace Life Hummus Review
All other details aside, this hummus selection was delectable. I loved trying each new flavor each deciphering the unique flavor profiles in each of them. There are many snack options out there, and I like how hummus is a healthy, convenient option amongst them. If I had to pick one, I’d say the Wasabi Edamame hummus was my favorite of the bunch. I am a sucker for that wasabi punch–I couldn’t gobble that one up quick enough. Instead of chips, I like to eat hummus with carrots. That way, I’m truly making it a healthy, nutrient packed snack/meal.
In regards to quality, I was hoping to see a bit more of an encouraging ingredient list. As you can read above, above 90% of the ingredients are non-gmo. While that sounds good, that’s the “best” part of the ingredients. None of them are organic. Such a bummer. I know of an organic hummus brand (that’s in my local store) that I can look to thus, this brand would not be my first choice if I’m looking for a healthy, great quality hummus.
Ingredients are tops to me. Regardless of how good something tastes, I won’t go back to it if I don’t believe in the ingredients. I look forward to when Eat Well Embrace Life starts using organic ingredients. At that point, I’d be on board with them.
I like your products and wouldn’t want you to change a thing esp. hummus. I will continue to buy but fyi I almost broke a tooth on I’m assuming a piece of apricot pit in your yellow lentil hummus.
Best hummus I have ever bought. I especially like Sriracha carrot and Beet with pickled beets. BJ’s used to carry Carrot one but not anymore and I can not find it anywhere.
