Evolution Fresh Juice Review

I am a huge devotee to juice–I have no problem putting money into quality juices because I believe they are such an excellent, nutrient dense drink. I was happy to discover Evolution juices at my local Whole Foods. I was instantly hooked. The array of flavors that they bottle are exciting and delicious.

I shared the specifics (above) about all of the juices that I have yet to try (there are many more mentioned on the Evolution site). Needless to say, only four of them are pictured at the top.

Some of the juices like Pineapple Cucumber Ginger & Pineapple Coconut Water are less dense than juices like Super Green and Defense Up. In other words, they are a lighter, less filling drink. I enjoy the lighter drinks for pre or post workout replenishment, whereas the dense and rich juices are my favorite about an hour before or after activity, as they’re more like meals.

I have yet to try a juice that I do not like–they’re all unique and spectacularly tasting.

Super Green tastes the best

Organic V & Ruby Roots are the most impressive to me as far as nutritional value goes

Sweet Burn has a unique and pleasant zip of sweetness and kick of heat

Defense Up is a perfect, tangy breakfast juice

Pineapple Coconut Water & Pineapple Cucumber Ginger are my favorite right after a run

Sweet Greens with Lemon is a no-frills, green smack in the mouth. I like it when I am feeling a little bit depleted (after a long run).

The only reason I don’t give these juices 5 stars is because not all of them are entirely organic. Many of them are–and I tend to purchase those the most. I look forward to trying more Evolution flavors and seeing more organic fruits and veggies in the future!
